A friend of mine is being harrassed by a person  who is trying to track down a member of her family but not for a good reason but because he is obsessed with this person. He keep making accounts in different names and althought my friend does not accept him some of her friends have. She has contacted facebook but there is no where to put the problem she says it is all tick boxes. This person is so obsessed with the member of her family that if could have a nasty end with criminal charges as she knows who the person is but he does not live in the UK but if he comes to the UK and harrasses her he will be arrested that is how bad it is yet facebook do nothing.
